Dulce Chavez, PT

Dulce is proudly Mexican, originally from The State of Guanajuato. She graduated as a physiotherapist from CMUCH University of Puebla. She specializes in Manual Therapies such as Trigger Point, Myofascial Release and Structural Integration. She also guides functional workouts for all levels. She has a wide clinical experience having worked on patients with Orthopedic and Neurological issues. She is a well known and respected practitioner and an active member of the community of Pescadero.

Dulce was originally trained as an acrobat in the Chinese Circus in Beijing, and traveled worldwide. An accident causing a spinal fracture forced her to start finding ways to heal. She found herself immersed in Chinese medicine, Qigong practice and Acupuncture awakening her interest in the healing arts. On her journey of finding her new self, back in Mexico, she trained in massage therapy and quickly found her way to a therapeutic approach. Since then, she started practicing next to her husband in Baja California Sur in a clinical setting effectively helping thousands of people a year.

Over the last 10 years, she has worked with all types of clientele including well known singers, authors of best selling books, as well as with people from the underserved communities in BCS. It does not matter who is on the table, every body is affected by postural loads, gravity and life and Dulce is always offering the same caring and successful services.

Together with Dr.Mark, she is a mother of 2 gorgeous girls, adores her chi-weaner dog and cat and she still trains hands stands. Her passion is helping people trough wellness, movement and balance.
